There was limited transportation in the area and it seemed like a spot that didn’t have much going on since they were off season. We felt safe but others described it might have been a more off the beaten path type of location. "A terrible place. The a/c did not work and they don't bother fixing it. The windows would not shut properly. The staff were terrible and do not care about any customer service. "

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. Staff were helpful, you got a welcome drink too. As a gold member we got an upgrade but not sure on its improvement over standard one. Worse view and same interior. Bed was quite...
