The facility and owners are very welcoming and accommodating. We felt that we were staying in a relatives home by the way we were treated by Fabio and his wife. The rooms were clean and the building is conveniently located in village San Giovanni. A wonderful place to stay if you go there.

The address both on expedia and google maps was inaccurate had to walk 20 mins with my bags. The phone number was also incorrect. I finally found the location by asking locals on the street. When i arrived a i rang the bell and a man came out i asked if it was the correct location and he said yes then slammed the door and walked away. So i rang and knocked again, eventually the owner came to the door he seemed manic and started yelling about how he was running multiple businesses and didnt have time to answer phone calls or greet guests and the address inaccuracies were my problem not his he vented about all his lifes stress while yelling at me for about 20-30 mins and i asked him if he was going to check me in or not, if he needed to see id or what was needed for the process, he then started showing me photocopies of all the guests IDs saying “its for the authorities, they’re watching, the authories, its not me its the authorities” After photocopying my passport he finally showed me the room and gave me keys which you have to go through 3 locked doors there are four separate keys. the outermost door is in a trash ally which is part of why its hard to find. The room seemed clean but smelled strongly of sewage. The next day the cleaning staff was friendly and a woman, presumably the owners wife was also nice, neither spoke english though. I would not gave stayed but i was exhausted. The owner guy really creeped me out seems mentally unwell. The general area is slummy

Amazing value for money
This was an amazing room, so big and modern. Bathroom was really big as well. Spotlessly clean. Slight hiccup on checking in but the owner was really nice about it. Easy walking distance from the train station.
