"Excellent stay. The staff goes above and beyond in taking of the guest. I was skeptical before booking and also when i checked in , as its not typical hotel chain. But everyone was so nice around . You request or ask them for something and they will do their best to address it. Walk to beach and free parking was an add on "

"The service was incredible. All staff we encountered went out of their way to make us comfortable and provide excellent service, from the front desk, to cleaning staff, to kitchen attendants. The only negative was that perhaps due to the recent hurricane, the room was musty and we had to request a room change. When we brought it up, our concerns were addressed immediately, so five stars for service, but 3 stars for the building itself. Hopefully those issues can be addressed to make future stays for other patrons more comfortable. "

"No hotel is ever 100% perfect but this one was great in the ways that matter most to me - rooms cleaned and without me having to ask, plenty of toilet paper water etc in room. Clean, nice, a well managed hotel. We were in town to see relatives but being able to take the kids to the pool at 8 am each day was great. "
