The price was great along with the layout of the condo. It is one of the older hotels. Our room was very loud as it shared a wall with the ice machine and elevator. Lots of construction that was loud. Pool was average but did the job with kids. Our room has a big leak that got everything wet. This made our travel hard for the next day.

This is at least our 4th stay at this property. We really like the location. It's close to everything. This time we were in room 216. I do feel like this room needs some updating like a new chair, new sofa/futon and a new mattress for the main bed. All of these are very old, uncomfortable and worn. Also the air conditioning was spotty. Sometimes it worked ok and sometimes it didn't keep up. I'm sure we'll be back to stay again but next time I would make sure the room we get is updated. We walked by rooms that were right next to us when the maid was cleaning and you could tell they were updated and much, much nicer.

Staff were awesome. I would say this property was a little dated and could do with a face lift. Very close to the beach and the prices were very reasonable when compared to others in the Neighbourhood. Not the hotels fault but there is a large ongoing construction project happening next door so Mon-Fri be prepared to listed to multiple vehicles and construction workers arriving from 6am. Which can get a bit much.

The beds really need to be upgraded. Overall the hotel is not to bad but knowing how much competetion its surrounded by, its should upgrade and revamp its look. Some TLC would help.

The unit was super cute, very cool beach vibe. It was clean and no smell. Fully stocked With everything needed from coffee to shampoo. Love the kitchenette! Also included plates and cutlery. The front desk assistant was so nice and accommodating.! Loved it

A safe in every room would make me give this property a 5 star on all levels. A very clean and quiet hotel. There is construction noise from the development next door but not the hotels fault. Amazing, friendly staff.
