"The service was incredible. All staff we encountered went out of their way to make us comfortable and provide excellent service, from the front desk, to cleaning staff, to kitchen attendants. The only negative was that perhaps due to the recent hurricane, the room was musty and we had to request a room change. When we brought it up, our concerns were addressed immediately, so five stars for service, but 3 stars for the building itself. Hopefully those issues can be addressed to make future stays for other patrons more comfortable. "

"We enjoyed our weekend stay. This hotel is in a great location walking distance to many attractions. We had a beautiful view of both the ocean and the bay from our room. Our room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too. "

"No hotel is ever 100% perfect but this one was great in the ways that matter most to me - rooms cleaned and without me having to ask, plenty of toilet paper water etc in room. Clean, nice, a well managed hotel. We were in town to see relatives but being able to take the kids to the pool at 8 am each day was great. "
