The shuttle service provided by the hotel was incredibly convenient, making trips to the city effortless and adding to the overall comfort of our stay. "The most magical place to stay! The Villa and staff are amazing! The massive grounds/gardens are incredible. You must walk 10-15 minutes from the “meeting spot” in the center of town to get to the property so it’s not recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to walk. However, so worth it! We will be back! Ravello is a gem of a town! Pure magic!"

"Villa Maria is a beautiful oasis in Ravello. Our family loved everything about our stay there. The rooms are well appointed, the food and views fantastic. Best of all the employees were truly wonderful. From the Maria-Grazie, Erika, Maria on the reception desk to Pepi and Nando in the restaurant and housekeeping (among many many others) we were extremely well taken care of. I just can’t say enough nice things about Villa Maria and the staff. And Lola the dog of course. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "
