The hotel is so beautiful. It is hard to describe it.The premises are beautifully landscaped and you find some thing nice at every nook and corner . Our room was large and the large balcony even had a Gazebo, and tastefully furnished. They have a socked minibar which is complimentary. The staff is exemplary, courteous and very helpful. They even remembered us from our previous visit three years back. The views of the mountains is beautiful and tranquil.

Hotel is near MG marg. Winter green premium rooms have good view of mountain if weather is clear. Hotel has a lift which is very rare in Gangtok. Tamarind restaurant serves very delicious food, bit pricey but quality is worth it. And was served very well by Sajana in restaurant. Buffet breakfast is also nice and had decent variety during our 3 night stay. Rooms were clean and amenities are decent for the price. Room has heater. Winter green premium rooms are huge sized. On MG Road, good view of market and great accessibility to MG Market. Room size is ok and is manageable could have been slightly bigger. Real disappointment is the bathroom size, it is extremely small.

I was with my family in Gangtok-Sikkim on family holidays for a week from 13th to 19th April 2017 and as per suggested by hotel receptionist Mr Ravi Rai we choosed King Suite for stay. Hospitality was excellent. From reception to room, dining to see off all was very good. The staff was not only excellent but very helpful to us. We had a great memories which will stay with us for rest of r life.

A very warm welcoming hotel.good food.Neat & Clean.However we were sold rooms with a Bathtub & the Room didn't have one.But the Staff Hospitality more than made up for it.We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 Days and left wanting to stay longer. A beautiful property, with very clean facilities. Room and bed were amazing. The staff went over and beyond to make us comfortable and helped with all sight seeing arrangements. Restaurant accommodated us with all our requests. Food was very fresh and good. Quiet, peaceful, we left rejuvenated. Thanks to all the staff
