"This hotel is perfectly located within 3 minutes’ walk of the old town. It’s set back from the main row at the front and has spacious grounds with a good sized swimming pool. There’s a good restaurant on site, and a pool-side bar which also serves food. The rooms are clean, spacious and light, with the best ones overlooking the pool and garden. Those overlooking the road at the back can be a bit noisy. Staff are very friendly and helpful, giving lots of information about the town when you arrive. Laundry was reasonably priced and efficient. There is a very good choice of food for breakfast, catering to both Asian and western tastes. There’s also a small gym, and a book swap. "

"A very unique hotel that provides an excellent experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Reu hotel. Very easy and quick to get into the old town with transport options available from the hotel. Onsite spa and buffet breakfast were highlights and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. "

"Located close to but not too close to the old town. The saltwater pool was heated to a comfortable 30 degrees- much appreciated in 16 degree- weather! Gym was well -equipped and the breakfast had lovely spread of fruit and healthy options. Opposite the hotel is a spa called the Castle Spa where I had a wonderful hot stone massage at a very reasonable price. Would stay here again for my next trip to beautiful Hoi An!"

"First, I have to say that this is the first time I’m writing a review about a hotel stay. We are pretty well travelled and have experienced bad to great stays. We’ve stayed at better properties but, I have to say the service we received at this property has been the best we’ve ever received! From Jazmin at breakfast and Ken at the bell stand and all of the front desk staff, all have gone above and beyond to welcome us and help us navigate our stay in Vietnam. The property itself is clean and well maintained. I will stay here again and again and would recommend this hotel to all our friends and family. There’s so much to share about our stay—-they upgraded our tickets to VIP free of charge because it was forecasted to rain and moved us to covered area without asking. They waited for us well after 1am for check in because our flight was delayed. All staff were so kind and sweet."

"Staff were amazing , room"

"Staff were always extremely friendly and attentive throughout. We were given a free room upgrade on check in and our room was large and very clean. Very good location with many local cafes and restaurants near, plus easy walk to ancient town. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Has access to a nice rooftop pool, pool table, table tennis and decent gym which was good for rainy days. Would definitely stay here again and felt price very reasonable for the quality. "

"In short. You get what you pay for, don't go expecting a very high standard of service standards or breakfast choices. It's the same old stuff daily. Language is barrier even with translation. Another point to take note, is that they don't even have Credit card payment options. We were told to pay for tours using hard cash, which is not an ideal option, especially if you plan to use cash ONLY for souvenirs, food, shopping at stalls or shops that use only cash. "
