Everything about this guesthouse was fantastic. The manager was extremely kind and helpful, the cleaning lady was delightful, you can cook in the kitchen if you want, the beds are super comfortable and the rooms new and sparkling. Highly recommend.

It is a beautiful and modern hotel. The facility is super clean and the guest is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent - especially their fresh French bread.

Super relaxing stay in Hoi An

My partner and I spent 2 nights here and absolutely loved it! Ly and auntie are such lovely, kind people and made us feel so comfortable, allowing us to check in an hour early and check out an hour late (to hide from rain). Instead of a touristic vibe, Ly and Auntie have created a place that feels more like a home, which is such a welcome treat. Situated inbetween the rice fields and the old town, it really is an ideal location. 5 minute moped ride and you're in the centre! Great clean double room with lots of space, a balcony, very comfortable bed and 4 pillows, air con, TV, a pool - what more can you ask for! The breakfast included was also lovely, banh mi, fruits and Vietnamese coffee. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if I go back :) Thank you Ly & Auntie!

A-List. Plenty of value. Clean property. Very comfortable beds. A/C blows cold. Good water pressure. Everything works. Made to order breakfast. Superb coffee. Pool and lounge chairs. Easy to get Grab or walk to any number of cafes or restaurants. The rice field is 1 minute away. Enjoy your coffee and a nice walk. Safe and affordable. Jennifer and Auntie are the heart and soul of the villa. They are attentive and hard working. This is a special place. Pro Tip: Get the 2nd or 3rd floor pool view room with balcony. Highly recommended.

The best staff ever

A nice place to stay around Hoi An. The hotel is a bit far from the old city, but the good point is that it makes it very quiet. Plus you can borrow a bike whenever you want. The nicest way to discover Hoi An. Last but not least : the staff is sooo lovely! Take good note of their advises, they are always good. Thank you so much. It was a real pleasure to stay at your hotel and to get the opportunity to know you.
