Excellent stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Excellent location - close to the castle, gardens and fish market as well as the loop bus service. Peaceful and restful hotel, spacious and comfortable room. My only complaint was that the LED light for the air con was way too bright at night.

Great hotel with a convenient location and free parking. Well trained staffs and amazing rooms.

Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Rooms were large, staff were super friendly. We got off the Shinkansen and it was about 2 mins walk to the hotel which was brilliant. Lovely roof top bar, didn’t have the breakfast.

Handy to everything, secure, comfortable beds, nice clean good sized room at a reasonable price.

This hotel is great! We had the suit room 1309 on top floor. Very spacious for family of 4. To get an additional room was very cheap but we preferred to stay together. Breakfast had good options from trad Japanese to pizza made fresh in huge pizza oven. Hotel was super clean and nothing was worn or damaged. Let down is no gym or lounge facilities. We would definitely stay here again no doubt

Wonderful place

My family and I had a very pleasant 4 days 3 nights stay at the Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower. This hotel is located only 1 stop from Nagoya Station to Sasashima Station via the Aonami Line, the same train to the Legoland as the final stop. Once you come off the Sasashima Station, everything is covered under the roof all the way to the Sky Tower. It saved us from walking in the rain/hot sun. This hotel offers a posh feel, similar to The Shard in London. The reception and Sky Dining are both...

The rock pool onsen was excellent and included too.

Very well presented hotel, easy walk to train station. Very nice lounge area.

Absolutely fantastic. Loved the room and the onsen was everything I needed. Lots of amenities and freebies which really surprised me. A nice little getaway while still being central to Kanazawas tourist spots.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Great location!

All things about the hotel were excellent apart from the following. Having specifically booked a Premium Floor room (with complementary access to the fitness suite and pool) for the whole of my stay, I was then informed that the pool and fitness suite would in fact be closed for the final two days of my stay for planned works, which they had known about far in advance. This meant I had paid extra for services I could not use. I wasn't informed of this by hotels.com or the hotel till I tried to...

Our stay at the Chisun Grand was perfect for exploring Nagano, and for taking day trips further afield. The hotel is located only a few minutes walk from the train station, making day trips elsewhere very easy. The reception staff were very welcoming, and very accommodating when we found we had been given a nice twin room, rather than a double. This was not a problem, and we were quickly given a double room of an equal standard to the twin. There are some good bars and restaurants not far from...
