"Great room, very nice staff. The only thing I'd say is that there's not much room to sit around. Reception is incredibly tight with luggage and traffic. And there is no lounge. All space was used up for rooms."

Great location, close to Nagoya station but very quiet & out of the hustle & bustle. Our room was simply superb with amazing views & a huge bed. Japanese bathing area also inside this property. Inside the Top 5 hotels of all time that we have stayed in. Simply fantastic. Lovely breakfast area & western food choices. We will measure all future hotels against this fabulous location."
