"This was amazing onsen beside the Yubatake (which is right in front on the hotel) so you are in the middle of the town they have Yukata you can borrow and take wear to walk and take pictures outside too. Breakfast and dinner had a lot of options and was really good. Make sure to Book Hal-Board, it is worth it! They have onsen eggs for breakfast too! "If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The staff are so friendly and accommodating! It is a little out of the way but the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the train station and a free hourly shuttle to the nearby town which is absolutely fabulous. The grounds are just beautiful and the view from the room is honestly better than any other vantage point we could find. Thank you so so much!"

"A very chic hotel with a well thought out design for the rooms at very reasonable prices. Everything was super clean, liked all the extras of toiletries by the front desk. Did find it a bit disappointing that one had to sign up to a website to get the "free beverage". Signing up was not easy, so I did not follow through. When inquiring about breakfast, we were told a big group staying and we were sort of discouraged by the front desk from having breakfast at the hotel restaurant the next day....
