"The front desk associate at check-in, set the tone for our stay. Yura, was very kind and understanding. I especially appreciated her kindness after a ten hour car ride. She made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. There were a few miscommunications at check-in on my part and Yura was very gracious in helping me out. Having worked in hospitality decades ago, I want to commend Yura for her excellent customer service and general people skills. She made our experience wonderful and I truly appreciate her.

"They were currently working on the weeding and outside maintenance. I am sure it will be a 5 in no time. They let us borrow a wheelchair that was onsite after my sister hurt her leg.
