"The staff was very good for our stay. We did have an issue with our pool, which took some effort to be fixed by Banyan Tree. The only issue was the availability of the carts to take you around the property, especially during peak periods."

"Absolutely wonderful stay at this five star resort. Though I went for pleasure, I had to do a fair amount of work in my room. The two air conditioners were much appreciated as well as the daily turnover service. The wi-fi was fast and Netflix never lagged. The rooms are quiet and the private balcony with pool allowed me frequent breaks. Room seevice menu is extensive and available until 10pm, so I was able to explore both local and western options. The cocktails are strong and delicious and the staff is great with customer service both in person and on the phone. There is also a Starbucks on the property and no need to leave the resort at all if you are looking for a chill and relaxed vacation. 10/10 would stay there again.
