"I had an amazing time at Coconut Lagoon.I was trapped alone and tthe staff made me feel welcome and at home. Really each member of staff was very helpful. The resort is extremely well maintained. There are free activities. I highly recommend the river walk, it is amazing. The guide, Vignesh,.did a great job in keeping us safe. I would also like to thank the ladies of the cleaning staff, Shanti and Sishwyria, for their friendless and work. The receptionist Sareeka was also very helpful. I just can compliment the manager, who I had a chance to meet, for the great work he is doing. I would definitely come again. "

"Needs more staff for dinner and breakfast. They are overwhelmed and can’t cope with the asks and demands of the guests. Also the property can be better in terms of maintenance. There were some bugs in the room and in the food area. "

Room service was very good. The room service menu was very detailed, easy to understand. Even accommodated late check out time. I will go back again and I would recommend it. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay. My room was upgraded with no additional cost. The staff was easy-going, helpful, and pleasant in their demeanour. I was able to walk around the community for shopping. I like the food choices in the hotel restaurant, so I didn't need to eat outside. The room cleaning servce was excellent. Just please remember to clean and dust the AC. Thanks. "
