"28 Hotel has great hospitality. Staff were very friendly and helpful at every interaction (including leaving bags prior to check-in, forgetting a key card, offer of free upgrade) and the availability of fruit, pastries and coffee/tea made for a lovely vibe in the lobby.
The room itself was pretty basic, but had all the important amenities including iron and board, hair dryer, TV, microwave, bar fridge, clean sheets, nice pillows.
I'd happily stay again."
