"Clean modern room, nice 24/7 staff. They do charge to hold bags, there’s no coffee or tea in the room. No water. We’ve traveled extensively thru Italy so surprised by that. Otherwise, close to water taxi and again, nice modern clean rooms."

"The hotel is modern, clean and quiet. The receptionist was very helpful with direction and arranging water taxi to airport. The full breakfast is good. The hotel has a free water station in lobby that you can use to refill water/sparkling water. A/C was good during our stay when outside temperature was between 80 and 90 degrees. The hotel is close to bus station and train station but don't attempt to walk to this hotel especially if you have any large luggage. You will regret it otherwise as soon as you get over the first walking bridge, believe me. Either take a water taxi 60 euros from train/bus station or use porters to carry your luggage. The water taxi drops you off in the canal that's on the left side of the hotel Unless you are used to walking a lot , use water bus 1 or 2 to go anywhere within Venice since this hotel is at the east end and your feet will thank you :). It's a 10 min walk to either water bus 1 or 2 stop. The water taxi from hotel to airport is 160 euros. Definitely recommend taking the water taxi to the airport if it's in your budget as it also provide a nice views and experience. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel."

"The hotel is just around the corner from the train station, although we could not hear the trains at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and each nights stay included and extensive breakfast buffet. The Friars still own the facility and the Church a couple of doors down. The history of the facility was very interesting. I would recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was perfect. The location was great. The room was roomy and clean. The rooftop lounge was pretty. There are stairs so you need to be fit to stay on top floor. I am don’t was great! 1st time to Venice. Would recommend the hotel for adult travelers! :)"

"Brilliant hotel in great location, quiet and peaceful but accessible to centre of town. The restaurant was lovely and the staff very helpful, answering all of my many questions on how to get to places and understand the buses. The breakfast was varied with lots to choose from and different pastries each day. The pool was lovely and the drinks service was an added bonus. Thank you for a lovely stay."
