"I stayed there during my short Banglore visit, staff was kind, hotel was neat and clean, I like that it was spacious, 5 star amenities and floor was all marble and clean , you can find things in 4-5 star hotels, only thing is toilet faucet was leaking which I let staff know and they fixed it. I wish shampoo pouches were more as I have long hair. But overall nice experience being a woman solo traveler I felt safe there in hotel, mattress was comfortable I slept well. Price is also very moderate....

"Fantastic hotel. Rooms are large and clean and have everything you need. Staff are amazing, can not do enough for you with great local knowledge. I stayed in 2 rooms, a twin with a friend then a double on my own, both excellent. Any issues were rectified within minutes. A safe area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Nice rooftop seating/relaxing area with a limited cafe, nice breakfast. I will stay here again, not central but easy access to everywhere by tuktuk or taxi."

My wife and two sons were travelling on their own for the first time, but all the staff made them feel so welcome and afforded them every kindness and cooperation possible. My wife and sons had several bags to carry but the staff helped them leave bags in the Hotel after checkout until required for late night travel on the day of departure. We will all be ravelling to Bangalore in July and will stay at this lovely Hotel then too.
