Check in took a bit longer than expected which seemed to be due to staffing issues. The room was clean and ready for us upon check in. Congress Plaza Hotel
Room was clean, coffee maker didn’t work but was replaced quickly. Staff all very helpful, especially Steve the doorman/security. Very helpful getting us a cab!
