The kitchen had everything we needed, great space overall, safe location, clean, near everything we needed, access to bus and rail very close, we really enjoyed our stay.

The location, communication, parking, experience was just horrible. Never got the chance to go in the apartment and had to go to a hotel with my 4 kids. The wait and the overall experience for them and for my self was horrible

Very, very clean. The housekeeping staff was on premises when we arrived. They were very welcoming and asked severa times if we need anything. They acted like "owners" which and I commend them for that.

Our family of 4 stayed at the one bedroom apt. for 6 nights. The space is very spacious for 4 of us. King bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was ok, cannot expect too much from a foldable sofa bed. Love the area with dining options and markets. Transportation is great, one block from train station and many local buses in the area. One little problem was the water pressure from shower was a little weak with leakage. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Very comfortable.

This place is awesome, location also excellent, like everything about it, highly recommended, one thing need to be noted, there is no escalator/elevator, we stayed at fourth floor, if you are not willing to climb four story building with your luggages , this might not be for you, otherwise, one of the best place to stay in Chicago

Clean and convenient

The location was great for us. Close to where my daughter works and easy access to the Blue Line. I don't mind the lack of direct contact with staff people and we didn't have any unmet needs. It was very stormy the first night we were there and the windows made a great deal of noise. The storm abated the second night and it was much quieter.

I was in the mood to walk, so I put on my sneakers and did just that. The property is a little off the beaten track, and I was not that impressed with Greek Town, but I would stay again because the property itself was quite nice.

Great location. Some aspects should be improved.

The sofa-bed wasn't comfortable at all and some elements, such as window glass, chandeliers and the upper part of the partition wall were dirty or dusty. The access code to the apartment initially communicated by email was different from the one shown on the app, misleading us and forcing us to call customer service. Finally, we would like to point out the lack of kitchen equipment, especially pots and pans. Apart from these aspects, our overall opinion of the apartment is positive and our stay at the Sonders was quite pleasant.

...Difficult time setting up reservation ...Wasn't told about large festival so streets blocked off ...Shower floor wasn't cleaned ...Remote had NO batteries so could only watch 1 station on the TV Not a good experience-should have stayed at a hotel

Sonder are terrible. Firstly we had to spend 2 hrs at reception in Vegas to get codes to get in as they weren’t provided. Upon arrival finally got in the main door then up all the stairs . Went inside to pitch black hotness. Finally found a light switch to see how things looked. What a disappointment. There were no instructions for anything and not even a jug of cold water in the fridge. The bathroom was extremely mouldy and all lights and aircon vents were covered in thick dust. Turned tv on and volume was at max and batteries dead so could not change channels or turn volume down. Next day went to find a Sonder office to get help. Arrived to an office that is no longer run by Sonder! Found our way to the Marriot who were very helpful and we were able to contact Sonder who still have not contacted us. Expedia who we booked with have also ignored all messages. Expensive stay, our short time in Chicago was terrible. We will be escalating when we return home to Australia.

The whole transaction was easy and seamless, the price was just right, and the apartment was spotless, very nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable. I felt right at home there, and it would be my first choice if I ever needed to stay over in that area again.

LOCATION was terrific - central and close to all our 'outings'. Downside was NOT being able to control the thermostat. And NO response to any of our efforts to contact the property manger(s).

My stay was excellent. The room was clean and up to date. I had everything I needed, except for an elevator. Lucky a gentleman help me carry my luggage to the 3rd floor. The stairway is very scary when you have luggage. Otherwise, my stay was great and I’d book again.

Great location and the apartment was spotless! We were there during the Greek Festival and even though there was live music and lots of people, it was always quiet in the apartment. The only slight downside was that the stairs were steep and there was no elevator. Not a problem except when you're lugging a suitcase or groceries up the stairs. But that was a small price to pay for everything else that was so great.

It was still being cleaned when we arrived even though we were there after check in time. I think she was rushed because it wasn’t totally cleaned. The fold out couch sheets were dirty and had to be washed before we could use them. Little things like hair in the drawers and fruit loops on the ground. BUT beautiful property and area. Easy to access and would stay again.

Comfy with some considerations

Room was comfy. Great location with cute cafe annd bar across the street. Very close to work in the West Loop. It is so nice to have a closer and a kitchen! Stairs were a challenge…not recommended for people who cannot lug their bags up multiple flights of stairs. The front door of the building was propped open one evening, which felt insecure. The bathroom has mold growing around the base boards and shower. Some of the kitchen utensils are worn out and need replacement (hot water pot, fridge water filter).
