One of the night shift workers was very rude. Information in confirmation email stated free luggage storage; however, this was not true and we were forced to pay $25 extra dollars. Plumbing stopped working. Room was okay but there were overall dainty and odd smelling.

The room was cold there was ice on the inside of the windows., had no TV, had no cups for drinking water, no coffeemaker. the door looked like it was broken into and the rug at the door was all torn-up.
