"No hangers and no drawers for clothes"

"No hot water was my biggest complaint ! Mostly old rooms even in the “updated” sections . It was clean- just old. If u are looking for a place to spend the night close to Michigan Ave then it fine but it’s not a fancy place by any means."

"The hotel itself—and the room—were great. Clean, comfortable, and exactly what you’d expect from a SpringHill Suites. Unfortunately, the parking situation was extremely frustrating. The designated loading zone was consistently occupied by parked cars, making it difficult to find a place to stop and check in. When I called the front desk for guidance, I was told the loading zone was the only option. After explaining that it was full, the response I received was essentially, “Oh well, I don’t know what to tell you,” which was disappointing and unhelpful. The parking garage was also very difficult to navigate, with tight spaces and multiple cars trying to maneuver at the same time. It felt overcrowded and not well-designed for anything beyond very small vehicles. Overall, the hotel itself was great, but the parking challenges and lack of support from staff made the arrival experience stressful."

"Great hotel. Clean, nice pool, nice workout area, good breakfast. Was pleasantly surprised that you could walk to the convention center and Marriott in the sky walk. Bed as firm and shower had good pressure. Wonderful place to stay!"

"I was very dissatisfied. I didn’t get to stay at your hotel because when I got there they had no rooms for us. Even though I paid already. I would like to speak to some one. "

"No elevator should be in bold. I had a bike with me and the narrow stairs were tough. Room's carpet looked like my friends rugby house floor after 3 years of not vacuuming and partying. Front desk saw me with a bike and still gave me a top floor room. Lady wandering the hotel knocking on all the doors looking for a relative she hadn't seen in years. It was OK for the money. Next time I'll spend a little more and stay where they clean things. Maybe even a fridge in the room."
