"Cozy as a capsule hotel (which it was). The capsule was on the warm side (where I prefer it cooler), but the bed and pillow were hugely comfortable, the amenities (toilet, vending machines, walls of manga) were great and the staff was helpful and friendly and put up with my broken Japanese.
