They have a Lawson store inside & even a small Disney store. Shuttle bus for park, airport limo shuttle pickup as well & less than 5 min walk to train station for Disney sea. They also have a laundry room - less than $10 for multiple washes/dry "

"Very friendly staff, good size room , can’t beat the convenience being in the Haneda terminal. Breakfast buffet is very good. But I must say the automated check -in checkout machines while efficient are a bit impersonal, and not really addressing a real world problem. Tech for tech’s sake is a bit sad. Detracts from an otherwise pleasant experience "

"We have stayed here several times and find the hotel to be quite a convenient location, very close to the train station, several shopping centers, the 7-11 and Lawson are right across the street and Family Mart is on the 2nd floor of the property, and lots of places to eat. Also allows you to control the temperature of the room with AC and heat. The hotel is nice, rooms are clean and staff is very helpful and pleasant. We enjoy the breakfast buffet which has a selection of Japanese, American or continental dishes. The Tokyo Skytree is a nice view in the evening and is a nice walk. "
