We loved the “boutique “ looking hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is good but Ooe recommendation is for them to keep breakfast options actually hot or warm. After 30 minutes from start of breakfast many hot meals are cold and they don’t use the candles under the serving pots to keep food worm.

I LOVED the decor. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Several times I needed translation regarding items I wanted to buy and they were happy to write it down for me so the people at the markets could understand me. They also suggested how much I could offer the red shuttle drivers to get to where I needed to go. The food was DELICIOUS!!

The hotel was amazing. A hidden gem of a place. The staff kind and accommodating, and the view was simply spectacular. The perfect holiday getaway.

Attractively designed and convenient location
Interior is attractive - every room is decorated differently, most of them look cosy and attractive (the style probably appeals mostly to ladies). Rooms on higher floors facing the forests are more tranquil. Rooms with balconies are located on alternate floors. Some Karaoke noise from a large restaurant nearby (in the direction of Furama hotel) at night so try to request for higher floors and further away from the restaurant if possible. Breakfast is fresh and tasty - focus heavily on Asian/Thai cuisine; less options for Western style breakfast. Breakfast can be taken either indoor (no air-conditioning; high ceiling and large windows in dining room helps to keep temperature down) or outdoor (tables around the pool) - generally, a very calm and relaxing environment. Breakfast hours (7.30 to 10.30 am) aren't too busy. Staff's service is good overall. Price range of room is fair. Location is in between Nimmanhaemin Road (about 12 minutes' walk) and old city (about 20 minutes' walk). Free car transport to the airport if you stay for 3 nights or more. Most of its clientele is Asian, with a handful of westerners. An enjoyable stay for me and highly recommended.

Super pretty boutique hotel. The pool atrium area is just gorgeous. As a vegan, I found breakfast very meat and egg heavy, but more people are joining the animal rights movement every day since the world health organization worldwide connected meat to cancer and does not recommend it A bit of a walk from center, but still nice area

Hidden gem 5 min walk from Maya shopping centre
Service as good as Hyatt in Bangkok, Clean, safe area and staff very helpful. Felt like the owner watches Downton Abbey, great decor and free wifi EVERYWHERE. Signal never dropped.

The hotel was great, very clean nice pool area and alright breakfast, don't think that the mini bar is complimentary because it's not made that mistake. Also they do not have a laundry service like advertised there is a couple just down the alleyway from the hotel. And it is very loud because they are building the new hotel right beside and that's the side our room was on, and everyone slams the doors very loud in the morning. Other then that it is good value for the money I would stay here again and recommend to others.

about $44/night, not cheap in Chiangmai, Thailand. heavy Arabic decoration, interesting, hotel is bit old, but ok. Staff are friendly. mosquito is a big problem... Surprisingly, charged extra for my 8 year old daughter for every night, which all other hotels never charge for one child under 12 year old. Which never stated while booking the hotel. located in a deadend road, a contruction site by the hotel.

Eclectic Boutique Hotel
A lovely boutique hotel with very eclectic furnishings and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful, while the breakfast served was of a high standard. However, the food became cold very quickly (it was winter) as it was not kept in chafers. Selection was predominantly northern Thai, which suited us fine. A small gripe is that every morning (around 7am) a particular bird will start to croon very very loudly, although it is usually chased away within 10-15min.

Calm, stylish oasis in bustling Chiang Mai.
We stayed here for a total of 14 nights split over three weeks and came to regard the hotel as an oasis of stylish calm in Chiang Mai. The plus points were the incredibly friendly and helpful staff (although speaking English was sometimes difficult). The rooms we had were spacious and comfortable and well cleaned and changed every day. Breakfast was very asian (most guests seemed to be from China), but enough. The pool was usually very quiet but was also very cold (always in the shade). The only major fault we could find was the very poor wifi. It was slow, and we had to repeatedly log on to the service when moving around or even in our room. Overall though we would highly recommend the hotel and the quiet spot it was located.

The hotel, overall, wasn't bad. I wish though that they would've told us before that there was construction going on right next door. Very early as well. They did move us to the other side of the building. There the shower didn't work so well. It had very hot water as well as very cold water just never at the same time. The breakfast was geared more towards the Asian pallet but my partner, Taiwanese, did say even that wasn't good. The western style could improve a lot. The surroundings were nice and quite in the evening as the hotel is located at the end of a long cul-de-sac. It's very decorative and pretty though. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay in quiet location
Great service and good asian breakfast. The service is mostly aimed at Chinese customers but was still fine. The look of the hotel is very unique and all the rooms are slightly different. The beds are comfortable and it is easy and cheap to get a taxi to go around town. Perfect for a weekend getaway !

The hotel is nice and the staff is helpful. But the location was a bit far away from the old town. Though there is golf car shuttle service provided by the hotel to drive us to the main road, we still have to get a taxi out there to the old town area. More, most of the taxi driver was not able to locate the hotel when we had to return from the city, even the driver read the address card provided by the hotel. Anyway, it is near to the Chiangmai university night market.

Disappointing beauty
Hotel looks great, design is amazing, pool is beautiful. The room at first looked great too, but then i saw some hair in the shower, dirt on the shower floor, dust everywhere. The AC started leaking in the middle of the night and we had to sleep in the humid and hot room. There was music playing in the hallway on every floor, which was fun during the day but then i noticed they played it even after 10pm, which was terribly annoying as all you want is to rest after a long hot day. Instead you hear american pop songs and feels like you stay in the hunted mansion. When one song started to play 5 times in a raw - i had to call the reception and request to shut it down. They did but I still wonder for how long would they play it. The best thing they had was the breakfast! no other hotel in Thailand could beat it - amazing thai traditional food with huge variety and choice. even desserts which blew my mind away!
