Staff was welcoming with warm greetings and smiles. Staff did not explain or give tour of amenities. Room was small but did the trick, bathroom was very small, shower should be re-done with new caulking and fix drain (was very slow to drain water*).

Location is the best part of our stay. Staff greeted each time we entered and left. There is great hot water despite what some said. Downfalls are noisy street, smell of smoke occasionally and room had a stale smell.
