"Staff and service were excellent; super kind and helpful! Location-wise this spot is a 10/10 and the free on-site parking is a great amenity. The only minor issue I had was specific to my room. The tv console / power strips were making a humming noise that didn’t stop during our stay. I’d assume that this wasn’t a typical thing with their rooms. Overall, a great experience and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay!"

"Fantastic location for our visit to San Francisco! We had an amazing view from the 20th floor. The room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was a breeze. We would definitely stay there again."

"It is a lovely hotel near the busy Pier 39. Breakfast is amazing, the bed comfortable. The negative is the bathroom not having anywhere to put your stuff! And we always have stuff. The safe is in a cupboard rather than the closet so beware on leaving you don’t forget your valuables. We did and had to return the next day to retrieve. Everyone was very helpful in that regard. My final critique is the old fashioned motel style air conditioner/heater. It is noisy and either blows air on you or is off. Not comfortable when lying in bed. Drafty!"

"It's not the best hotel you'd like to stay in but if you're out and about, the hotel can get away from the negatives it got. Like the outside cleanliness and the abundance of construction supplies it has in the parking area. Not to mention the creepiness of the elevator. By the way, it has a weird way to the underground parking lot. So be prepared. The room though is ok and liveable at decent cleanliness. Mini fridge not so much. Like I said if you're there to sleep at the hotel and be out to do your business in San Francisco, then it'll be ok. It is located right at the heart of the city anyways. For crying out loud, it literally at the same street as Lombard Street. Pro tip: please don't be a-hole to the staff, they are there to work and be at your service but not to the point to baby-sit you. Treat them with respect. Also, let me add that being pet-friendly is top notch in my book."

"Great place if you're planning to stay a few days in San Francisco. Beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly upon check in. We liked having the quick on the go breakfast with granola bars, fruit, juice and coffee. The area felt safe too, especially as we arrived quite late. The fridge and microwave in the rooms was very helpful. Only thing that could be improved on is providing plates and cutlery in the rooms so you could actually eat the food you put in the microwave!"
