"The best thing about this property was the location.Very Close to The Bund , the metro and Yuyan Gardens area. The room was spacious and the breakfasts were better than some of the other hotels where we stayed in China. Less variety but better taste. Staff was helpful, some only moderately friendly, but I think that’s the way service is in China. "

Room was well appointed and the views are amazing. Mr. Chen at the front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly during the check-in process in addition to every time seeing him.
