The only slight complaint was we could hear every movement coming from room above, ie. squeaky floorboards and occasional sound of voices outside our bedroom….so maybe not so soundproof! However, we had a club room which was spacious enough, bathroom a little on the small side but the shower was a good size and worked well with good pressure....
