"The staff was so kind and helpful. For example, I’m American, so I didn’t understand why the switches weren’t working, so they explained the little card slot to me. They were also super kind and made me a pizza even though the kitchen was closed for dinner, since I got lost trying getting back in time. The breakfast was pretty good (i miss my pancakes lol), the room was clean, and it was very close by to a couple bus stations so not too far a walk. With the grocery store right behind it was easy to get anything I needed that I had forgotten. :)<3"

"We have stayed here a few times and this experience wasn’t our favourite. We had booked for breakfast and were forgotten about by the breakfast staff. My partner had to flag down a member of staff and ask if we could order. When the food did arrive, mine was burnt, it certainly wasn’t worth the £19. There was a large group of golfers in the restaurant and they appeared to get priority despite half of them not wanting to order any food. Over all it has left us wondering if we want to stay here again."
