"Great Stays for Family !! I booked the Plaza Deluxe Family Room and had a wonderful experience. I stored my luggage with the hotel until my next check-in, and to my surprise, they upgraded my room for both bookings! The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure to note all my requests. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk through MOKO Mall from Mong Kok East MTR Station, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay for families, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!"

"Room was clean, staff were friendly, everyone knew English very well, tended quickly to unruly children (even my own) in order to quite them down and make them happy, helped us when we needed help, gave us pointers on how to save money on our trip, and more. We will be only staying at Disney hotels for now on when visiting any park(s) around the world."

"We had room 1511 with Lounge access. The view in our room was fantastic. We can see the Hong Kong harbor. The Lounge also had a great view of the harbor, plus there is food between 5:00 - 7:00PM. Our room was very clean, and the amenities in our room (Drinks) were included. The staff on the Lounge floor was excellent. They help us get around Hong Kong, what to see, and recommend Restaurants for us to try. We even checked out with the staff in the Lounge so we don’t have to go down to the lobby floor. Our breakfast was included and the food was great. The breakfast menu changes daily so it didn’t get boring. "
