It is close to Raffles City shopping centre, City Hall MRT, streets of small shops, underground arcade that leads to Suntec City. All the staff at the Carlton Hotel were excellent, courteous, helpful and friendly."

"Always enjoy my stays here - breakfast can be a bit overcrowded so need to select an early time - variety is consistently good and staff are always so very helpful ( Suggestion : please place instructions on hot water pump in chinese for your oriental guests who struggle and maybe have 2 chefs on egg station at busy times? ) Location is excellent for getting around Singapore via bus MRT or underground passage ways ."
