"This property is a long way from a true Hilton.. The walls are paper thin, you hear every thing and I do mean everything! No microwaves, or coffee pot in the room. The smells from paint to pot are all abound. Lets talk about the dogs, I love animals, but sometimes they need to stay home. They ranged from poodles to labs and yes they barked. "Very nice property and close to everything. Clean, comfy, quiet room. Great parking right outside room. Good, hot breakfast. Property only had one outside pool and no inside pool as pictures indicated. No big deal, didn't have time to swim. Pretty gazebo that was lit up at night if you wanted to sit outside. The only negative thing I have to say is the shower head needs to be high powered. It seemed to take longer to shower because of it. Just say NO to low flow! Definitely will stay here again though."

"I could very much tell that this hotel was very well-maintained. The staff was kind and helpful. The free breakfast was excellent too. My only comment is that the parking got a little tight at night as the parking spaces were almost all filled up. There is extra parking “above” their parking lot, but just be careful to park in the correct spaces and not the neighboring business’s spaces. I had no trouble but just wanted to share. I would definitely stay here again. If you’re into craft beer, Burial’s Forestry Camp location is like 5 minutes away. Downtown Asheville and the Biltmore are close too and are easy to get to via car or an Uber. Thanks for an easy experience! You also save some money by staying here and not downtown or with the Biltmore hotels."

"The views are beautiful. The employees are all amazing. The food was excellent. The dueling piano players were no bueno. The bathroom was tiny. The toilet tub and sink are crammed together. The shower had two body washes and conditioner. No shampoo. The pool was small and packed. Day use at the spa is the way to go but pricey. They limit capacity which is nice and necessary."
