I was very upset to learn that the beautiful pool that is advertised in the pictures was not up and running when it was supposed to be. Very disappointing for both me and the other guests that I spoke to. This should have been communicated to us!!!

Having booked 2 rooms, we were disappointed to find that one room was as shown in the ad but the other, located beside the stairs was only half the size of our room, with limited seating and no wifi. The restaurant was closed for "preventive maintenance" when we arrived. On our second night they did give us a full sized room but the elevator was broken. Climbing three flights of stairs was hard enough for us overweight oldsters but scleping suitcases down stairs the next morning was a real challenge. Be aware when you book that there is only a single old elevator and my husband who is an engineer felt that inspection would have revealed the hydraulic leak so it could be attended to before it totally failed.
