"Kids enjoyed the pools, there is a severe lack of seating, the price of cabanas are ridiculous after the price of resort. They price gouge every little thing on top of an already pricey stay. We booked ocean view for wife’s birthday, they gave us a chapel room on ground level…which when looking out of room we just saw a big chapel with some ocean on the sides. Overall we will try a different resort next time. "

We never felt like we needed to drive far for anything. The pool and amenities are outstanding — well-maintained, never overcrowded, and a genuinely relaxing place to spend the afternoon after a morning at the beach. It’s the kind of resort where you don’t feel the need to leave. What really set this stay apart was the responsiveness of the host. Every question we had was answered quickly and warmly — it made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free from check-in to checkout."

"Did not get the second parking spot we were promised and told to fight for the visitor parking spots! Accused of smoking in the room and threatened to be charged $500 just as we checked out and it was Neighbor suite, everyday most of the day, pool code given was wrong. Elevator out until last day but the Kona low was cause and won’t blame them. Room is great, location is great, but management group is poor! "

"Kitchen was fully equipped with all of the essentials, including spices and other supplies. You can watch the sunset direct from your balcony. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Beach chairs, boogie board and beach cooler were all included for use. Beach towels and bath towels included as well. Pool was nice, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Would highly recommend!"

"Terrific location. Maybe the best location I could’ve asked for. The photos shown were not of the suite we stayed in and not the same address originally given. Stained, water damaged wall in the bathroom. Bathroom stinks a bit, and not just from dropping a duece. Missing specified amenities, like hair dryer and Netflix, which were remedied same day once complaints were made. Cockroaches are common in Maui apparently. I don’t appreciate being bait and switched, but the location more than made up for it. Don’t hesitate to stay with this agent, it is definitely suitable, just Don’t expect it to match the photos on Expedia "
