I love staying here every time I visit Hanoi. The staff always remembers me as soon as I walk into the hotel.
Henry at the reception desk to Jaime, the chef in the kitchen and the girl who brings my breakfast to me in the restaurant.
The entire staff is outstanding and very friendly.

Staff super friendly and the hotel is located in a great spot close to everything in the Old Quarter. Rooms were clean and had a decent amount of space. Pool and rooftop bar were a real plus.

Room was clean and the area clean. The area was nice place to rest after a busy schedule. Staff were great and made our stay extra special over the Tet holiday. Played a few games of pool which was a fun way to end the evening. Its about 10 -15mins out of town so make sure u can rent a bike. Good ...

The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling
