There was only 1 server working the breakfast buffet through 4 days, she seemed overworked and unhappy. Drinks like coffee, tea, juice, and even water were not self-serve so the server did not always remember our requests for a drink, not really her fault because on certain days when there was a conference in the hotel, it was quite busy during breakfast, either hire more servers for breakfast or allow guests to self-serve drinks, honestly this issue was quite bothersome because it was Monday through Thursday during our stay and breakfast being an important part to start off your day, my day often started poorly because of your breakfast service or lack thereof. Also getting the vouchers for breakfast everyday was kind of confusing being that I bought breakfast through the Expedia package, the server was upset when we didn’t tip her but none of the breakfast process was explained by any of the staff, and every time there was a new front desk person they wouldn’t know I was staying with my father, sometimes we would get breakfast separately, so they always looked confused about giving us a breakfast voucher. Breakfast was by far the most troublesome aspect of our trip, everything else was fine. It was also hard to order food from a restaurant within the hotel, even though it’s inside the hotel, we couldn’t access an updated menu online, and someone from services had to come up to our room to take our order.
