What made this place special is the host or manager. A few days before the stay, he had tried to keep in touch with you, and during the whole stay, assisted you through, dining places, transport from and to the next stop and room assistance, etc. Any enquiries were responded within a matter of minutes, via WhatsApp. The best host I had ever encountered. You will surely have a peace of mind in his hands.

Beautiful contemporary suite, immaculately clean, so impressed with the staff who went the “extra mile” positioned central in the old town of Chania, tavernas In abundance . Will definitely return and would highly recommend.

Great hotel, Great location on the old bay, restaurants and bars within a short walk. Friendly staff, clean, great to sit outside and have a beer and see the sunset.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The manager noticed that my birthday was 2 days prior to my arrival, and to my complete surprise, arranged for a cake and an iced bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to my room. A lovely generous, gesture, and such a rarity in today's commercial climate. The facilities were all of an excellent standard, but it's the friendly atmosphere that really sets this hotel apart.

For a short break this hotel was delightful. It opened only last year so everything feels fresh, clean and thoughtfully put-together. Chic designer interiors but also lovely helpful staff - some nice personal touches for your stay such as a fruit plate and drinks on arrival and breakfast was terrific and beautifully served. All in all this was a great stay just a stroll from Chania town and the beach just 2 minutes away. We couldn't have asked for more.

A return trip to lovely Chania and the Old Town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue was very poor Wi-Fi and therefore little TV (news)

The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. It was so go that we found the brand shop and bought some to take home. They offer all the best. The whole room/ bathroom very clean. I strongly recommend this hotel for all it has to offer. We loved pur stay at Casa Kallergi. Accommodation was amazing, everything you could wish for. Attention to details! Even hair/bath products qere of a high quality & good size. Location was brilliant. Lovely balcony with a street & sea view. Very clean & luxury feel of 5*, spacious. A bit tricky getting to the 2nd floor with suitcases. Narrow & steep stairs, but expected in historic properly. Definitely would recommend this place!
