"We went to Chandragiri Hills for two nights in Oct 2024 in the hopes of seeing clear views of the Himalayas, and Mount Everest. We were not disappointed. The best time to see the mountains is early morning. With luck, it will be clear enough to see Annapurna and Mount Everest. We were lucky enough to see both. "While its location is a bit out of the way, the Hyatt excels at friendly luxury-hotel level customer service at half of the price of the other luxury hotels in the city (we also stayed at the Marriott on this trip and this was by far the better experience). "The staff were the high;ignition of this hotel. They bent over backwards to ensure my comfort. For example, when I asked about an upgrade, they quickly upgraded my room to one of their “modern” rooms. Once I moved into this superb room my satisfaction was guaranteed. The included breakfast was small but very adequate with fresh juice, fruits, and many other local as well as western dishes. I really loved the coffee."
