"Location of the hotel was good. The bad experience at the time of check-in as they insist for advance payment of entire amount unlike other hotels of same category. Also this practice was not there when it was run under name of Park Plaza. Very unprofessional attitude at least with regular visitor."

"Great clean hotel specially for NRI standards, Love the hospitality vibes and surroundings are calm, quiet, parking is easy. Staff is ok, Had a bit of confusion on third guest but owner himself stepped in to put the matter to justice. Rooftop area is impressive, enough staff to listen to your needs, everything is elegant, stylist and cleaning parameters is top class, Not a pinch of dirt anywhere. "As we arrived at the hotel there was 2 mattresses in the main hall of reception and people ready to sleep there, there was a lot of guys talking very loud and when we arrived everyone getting close to us like the next entertainment... Discousting energy really, feels dirty and bad vibes so we didn't stay at all, we ask for compensation "

"Overall a decent place to stay. It does and at times doesn't give you a vibe of a 5 star hotel. Services were pretty quick but the reception was average. The room was spacious and in decent condition bathroom was a let down. Aircon somehow was a bit too cold even after adjusting the thermostat. The buffet in the morning was pretty limit and even had found a hair in one of the dishes (that was unacceptable and disgusting). "

"Pros: Location and service staff attitude. Food quality is mostly good. Cons: cleanliness, outdated faucets and bathroom. Smelly bed. TV not working. A small issue but I was billed for a different dish than ordered. Entire hotel was plastered with posters to observe Covid appropriate behavior; it was even advertised that they take care of sanitization of the property but we found that indifferent attitude towards the pandemic throwing caution to winds. Overall I would not recommend this place...
