Really clean room & good shower with a functiong mixer tap unlike a lot of hotels in India. The housekeeping, reception, travel agency & food/beverage teams were all excellent. You could tell they were proud of working for the hotel. I would rate it as the best hotel in my 3 week stay in India.

The experience was truly comfortable from start to finish. The staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.
