The building was beautiful. The restoration amazing. Everything yoy needed for the stay was available. All in all, excellent. The room was clean and had all that you needed. Good staff 👍

Excellent lounge and balcony area for relaxing and a very warm welcome, the prepared cold meats and cheese meal is highly recommended. Do not n miss he 1800 champagne tasting. We will definitely add to our list of regular visits. Thank you very much

We came across this hotel by chance on Expedia's website, and immediately fell in love with the photos and wanted to go there. It didn't disappoint! We received a really warm welcome, and we were personally shown to our room. It was also the little touches like being given a welome glass of champagne and having a small bottle in the room as a souvenir as well. This Hotel is a great stopping over point when travelling south and back. We have stayed here many times and it always comes up to our expectations. Right in the middle of Reims with a great car park with all the shops and cafes just around the corner. I recommend this highly.

Geat place in the champagne region with fabulous food. Very romantic and well worth a visit.

Firstly the staff are superb! Super helpful and extremely kind. The concierge, Benjamin was such a pro and made sure we had all we needed. Arranged a fantastic tour and lunch for us and I was sad to be unable to say think you again in person.

Very helpful English speaking staff. Good location, all the main champagne houses are walking distance (we did do 20k steps visiting the Cathedral, Lanson, Veuve Clique & Taittinger). Good simple buffet breakfast. Would use again if we ever go back to Reims.

Arrived at this hotel and was immediately given a very warm welcome. We were travelling with our ten month old son and the staff had independently picked up on this (despite us not requesting any additional assistance or special requests etc) and they had prepared a beautiful cot for him with lovely bedding and were very thoughtful in including a bottle warmer and kettle in the room. We stayed for three nights in a very comfortable room, it was very clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly. It is in a great location, not too far from the Motorway and a short drive into Reims. There is a very good restaurant nearby called Le Parvis which is open Monday to Saturday evenings and is in walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, continental of course. We would be happy to stay there again.
