I stay at the SwissEver semi-frequently when I travel for work as our HQ is in Steinhausen. I really want to call out Angela on reception who provides exceptional service to her guests. Every time I arrive to the warmest of welcomes, greeted like a returning friend - & nothing is too much trouble. Even when hundreds of guest arrive enmasse Angela keeps professional, calm & polite - such a credit to the hotel. The hotel was in an excellent central location not only were there bus stops close by but the main train station was within easy walking distance. Our double bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and Marco the breakfast assistant was polite and attentive. The amenities were all excellent and the only thing missing was a fridge in the room which is why I only gave 4 and not 5 stars .

Wonderful location for a relaxing vacation

Quite a place! Stayed in the Jagdschloss (surprise upgrade - Thank you!). Stunning views over the lake to the mountains. Gorgeous spot and lovely rooms. Ate at the restaurant which is run by the hotel - excellent food and a good atmosphere.

We had a fantastic experience, every member of the hotel team were amazing.

Stayed for 4 nights in mid October, room and facilities were well up to the standards I expected, breakfast buffet fine, evening meals very good if a little pricy (but being a Brit who is suffering some fall out from Exchange rates due to Brexit then everything seems pricy!). Of particular note I found the staff very friendly and helpful, this claims to be a family run hotel and for me this showed in how the staff conducted themselves.

Short bus ride (no. 24) from Luzern station. Open plan - no door to bathroom - very modern.

Lovely modern hotel, easy walking distance from the station and to the old town. No kettle in room it one provided upon request. Comfortable bed. Did not have breakfast as costs were too high. Would recommend.

We had a very relaxed check in, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable, a delicious breakfast, fine dining in the evening, Pure luxury. Even provided with umbrellas. All together a very delightful stay.

This hotel is very close to the railway station and easy to find when getting off the train from Zurich Airport. However we did not find that there was any problem with noise from the trains. We found the staff to be pleasant, helpful and attentive and our room was comfortable and very modern. From our balcony we had a good view of Lake Zurich one way and the station the other. It was a lovely experience from checking in to checking out. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was lovely. Within walking distance to the town. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location. Had all the basics you’d need in a hotel. iPad controls for the room was a nice touch. Black out blinds were great.

The hotel is very well located in the center of the old town of Horgen and still close to the lake and public transport. The room was quite cosy, but since the building is very old, one can hear a lot of footsteps from the room above. Other than that and the too stuffed pillows, my stay was great. Lots of attention to detail and a huge selection on the breakfast buffet.
