"The Hotel is really well designed and built. The rooms face the ocean,

is great. They have a kids play area as well which is awesome. The not so good: -Front desk staff although very friendly, are not up to speed with most basic guest requirements. We had breakfast included and this turned out to be a debate with them. Didn’t provide an extra bed and had issues with points. -Property needs a bit of TLC-bathroom and a few other things needed to be updated. -Breakfast was pretty terrible....

were very nice. We had a problem with our room’s wifi and were eventually given another room. There were some bad smells in parts of the hotel. No towels or mats in the gym. Hot water in our room took 10 minutes or not at all. There is no beach where the hotel is located. The buffet had lots of selection but unfortunately a lot of the hot food was cold. "
