This was my first time in Cha Am / Hua Hin in the last 10 years. I was so impressed with Ace of Hua Hin. The property is beautiful, clean andstylish. Staff are so prompt and friendly. They have can-do attitudes and always said yes to my request no matter big or small. I highly recommend this hotel. As a person who worked in many five-star resorts and above, I will be back again next time I will stay attached the pool access room.

Was a long way from the Hua Hin center, remote so you need some transport. Excellent resort, clean , great facilities, staff, food .. pool , etc. If you want to walk to bars , restaurants , cafes this is not for you. Three lovely sea food restaurants walking 10 mins along the beach.

โรงแรมดีมาก ทำเลดี ติดหาด อาหารเช้าเยอะมาก เรามีลูกอายุแค่ 2 เดือนไปด้วย ที่โรงแรมมีเครื่องนึ่งขวดนม กับกะละมังอาบน้ำให้ยืม รวมถึงเตียงเด็กด้วย และยังฝากแช่นมกับไอซ์แพค ประทับใจสุดๆ แต่ทางเดินจากห้องพักไปหาดจะงงๆ นิดนึงตามดีไซน์ โดยรวมประทับใจค่ะ

Nice Hotel
The concierge and restaurant staff are all very friendly & helpful. Hotel experienced power tripped for at least 2 hours each during heavy rain on 9 & 10 May 2023. I was told it was due to strong winds that caused the trees to damage the cables.

Lovely room but no sunbathing at pool access Breakfast always cold but a variety on offer No umbrellas or sunbed mattresses apart from on the sala so only comfortable sunbathing for 4 couples Pool furniture old and in need of repair The hotel is lovely and rooms very nice but lots of steps up and down so not for me

Great family Chinese New Year break
My family had 3 rooms and all of them were great. Check in was easy and friendly, be aware that the booking only includes breakfast for 2 adults it was £6 extra per day for breakfast for a child. The food at lunch was fine, but very expensive compared to outside restaurants - but it is a high class hotel so that is normal. Easy to get to restaurants nearby. Beach and pool fantastic, we’d be delighted to revisit... thanks all the staff for looking after us.

The hotel have lost a lot since I was there last time 2016, breakfast was not so good and food in the other restaurants was nothing special. At the pool its hard to get service and the toilets at the pool area was very dirty.

Everything is amazing. All of us had a unforgettable night over here. Staffs are nice and friendly. Pools are clean and big with the view of ocean. Not to mention about how fantastic the facilities are inside the hotel. We booked a private pool two bedrooms. All the things inside the room are excellent.

A hidden gem
We enjoyed our stay very much, staffs are attentive, the place is new and clean with a view to the sea, direct access to the beach, the pool is right in front of it. We drove there as the place is off the main road.

Being Hanged up twice and food is always cold
Booked 2 superiors for 4 nights. The front desk didn't tell us our rooms at check-in. So we picked our rooms and found our names on TV swapped. I immediately informed the front desk over the phone at the 1st day but the names were still not updated in the 2nd day. I called again in the 2nd day afternoon; the staff hanged up twice when I asked her if she understood my request. It made me angry and went to the front desk to see the manager. The manager didn't immediately respond me and let me wait over 20 minutes. She was indeed standing at the other side of the front desk for the whole time. She should have come forward ASAP to deal with an upset and angry customer but she didn't. Despite her promise to update the system, the names were still shown incorrectly In the 3rd day. I needed to call in the 3rd day morning twice again and repeated the same story over the phone in order to fix the names. Front desk manner and how to address the call needs attention as well as the computer system to refresh data. We dined in at the hotel including breakfast and X'mas dinner. The food is not warm enough as if it was left out for some time. To us, all food are cold. We did send our comment to the hotel but it was still cold. We all would rather go out for hot hot food instead.

Even though to date the comments we receive have been overwhelmingly positive I appreciate your in-depth feedback as it allows us to attend to any issues observed thus ensuring our dedication to the complete satisfaction of our guests remains our prime goal. I would like to offer my sincerest apologies that there were certain aspects of your stay that disappointed you. As General Manager it is ultimately my responsibility to ensure that our guests’ needs are met therefore I must admit to being slightly disappointed that you did not ask to speak to me to rectify the situations you described. A perusal of our other recent reviews since I took the helm at Radisson BLU, Hua Hin 8x weeks ago, would hopefully give the impression that I am a fully “hands-on” GM who will do everything in his power to satisfy our guests. If you had spoken to me I could have dealt with your problems immediately to your complete satisfaction. At the end of the day we are in a service industry and the byword of a Radisson BLU is service, therefore if any of our valued guests encounter an issue that they feel has not been rectified ask to speak to me and I will do my utmost to find a solution which is completely acceptable. I took note of your observation and rest assured that will take immediate action to change the behavior of my front office team, I will address this point with my front office manager, furthermore, I will speak to both my executive chef and food and beverage manager to ensure the food is always served hot at the table. Rest assured that our commitment to each and every guest is such, that we make it a mission to ensure that YOUR needs are both anticipated and fulfilled as well your expectations exceeded. Excellent and Beautiful - A great place to relax
I stayed here with my wife and a 3 years old daughter for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The beach is at the end of the hotel next to the swimming pool, making it convenient and accessible to either enjoy the beach/ sea or lay in the swimming pool. There is also a little hut at the beach area offering affordable massage. Breakfast was great and I love the detox juice. The bed is comfortable and most importantly, the room is clean. The only disappointment I had was the children playroom is under renovation. A let down considering one of the reasons I booked this hotel is because it has a nice looking playroom for my little girl to enjoy. Hopefully this is resolved quickly as this is a fantastic place to be.

it is a good place to relax, chill and do nothing as there is nothing much around the area. Recept staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay there.

Very nice hotel. But superior room building is so far from the beach and swimming pool, if I"ll walk to go there

booking 3 rooms, when after check in, bring go to room, 2 room is ok, 1 room, key card can't use, wait till staff come and scan into the room, find this room already have someone live, "one room double check in 2 customer", then wait 30 min still no any feedback, till use another room telephone call to compare, then got another room key card. really not a good start and image in this hotel at first.
