The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, the staff goes way and beyond to be helpful, the breakfast buffet is so diversified and delicious, and location could not be better. "The apartment are perfect for a short stay, and it is very well located. The problem was the communication channel with Charlie is not very helpful. We had Wi-Fi problems, they can couldn’t fix, we asked to an early check-in an no support on this side too. They always recommend us to talk with the front desk of the building. But since is a residential building, they couldn’t help much too. The stay only compensates because of the location and the price."
