"Our room was missing a nightstand and lamp, which made it very dark. I mentioned it, and the hotel delivered a lamp the next day, but we had to put it on the desk chair in order to have light by the bed, for reading. Also, the Kerig coffee maker didn’t work, so we had no coffee in our room, which was disappointing, considering the price of the room. The housekeeper was excellent, however, and even brought ice to our room. "

"most staff was friendly and helpful, especially gabriel. however one of the valets had a terrible attitude. there was no restaurant thus neither breakfast or dinner. the bar, which we liked including tender connor, offered no food whatsoever monday thru wednesday so we ended up at a competing hotel bar. the room was tiny, with a large heatpump noisily operating right outside of the one window. there was no desk/table. the bathroom consisted of a toilet and bathtub, the sink was in the bedroom. location of the hotel is great but due to above shortcoming we will not stay there again"
