"A/C had a limit on how low it can be adjusted. I had to call the front desk to adjust it next day. No bathroom ventilation fan was available. Not enough outlets (chargers) for phones, IBADS, and Apple Watches near the bed. First two days were quiet until Friday a group of young men’s (mostly college students) came in creating a party environment with laughter, ruining, screaming, and slamming the doors. The front desk staff didn’t ask how was everything ? or how was your stay? Just stated : “you’re good to go after processing the payment."

"The room had a funky odor to it. I really didn’t like having the sink OUTSIDE the washroom. Gross to leave those kinds of germs on the door handle YUCK. Had a strange bordering on rude interaction with the front desk lady chastising me for not knowing my room by heart “HOW ARE YOU GOING TO FIND IT THEN?”. She then made a snarky comment about my last name. I decided to book elsewhere for the next night after this. Middle aged lady at 9 pm. Do better."
