"When I returned to my room each day it was clean and welcoming. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. I would only mark down points for the overflowing trash cans around the property but the rooms themselves are in great shape."

"This property (although run down) was so much fun. Your room overlooks the water and we saw a momma and baby manatee right by the retaining wall. The restaurant was incredible with more amazing views. Food and drinks were top notch. We loved having everything we needed in one spot. There is construction next door, and it looks like they are about half way finished, but we enjoyed the charm of a simple two story hotel. The shower head was very low and the pillows were a bit flat, but the benefits outweighed the negatives. It was inexpensive and checked the box for us."
