"Before arriving to the hotel, I called and let the hotel know that I would be arriving the following morning after check in due to a change in my flight that was out of my control. They said they made note of it.
When I arrived to the hotel on 3/13/2026, I was told I didn’t have a reservation. Waited 20 minutes or so for the receptionist to come back and say “they got it figured out”. Extremely annoying. They blamed Expedia, however if you have an agreement with a third party, communication is key.
I would like to add that it is not worth pre-paying for the breakfast. You are only allowed two things off of the menu which is a total rip off for the amount paid.
Lastly, the hotel needs an upgrade. One of the elevators there did not close properly, the furniture was worn out and the bed and pillows were not comfortable. The only nice thing about the hotel was the view. Period. "
