"Good location near the train station and overall a very comfortable stay. Staff were warm, helpful and pleasant. Wonderful views from the swimming pool and glass viewing deck. Excellent breakfast. On the flip side, management should ensure tiling, grouting and damp areas in the room are maintained well as there are already early signs of disrepair for a fairly new hotel. In-room lighting design needs adjusting -- too glaring at the beverage counter due to the uplighting in an otherwise cosy but...

"This hotel does not have the best location, But its clean its very nice rooms, Its not far from the center, and food is just around the corner. Walk distance to a mini Lotus and street food. "Very nice hotel in Khon Kaen, good size room and large selection of food at breakfast buffet. This is my second time I have stayed at this hotel and will stay here again when I visit Khon Kaen. The hotel is nicely located in the city centre and is about a 10 minute walk from a big shopping mall and food court. The hotel staff were always helpfull and pleasant."

Limited buffet items but they have a made to order menu that covers everything. Fresh orange juice served in whisky flasks. Nice touch. Good room service menu.
